All Applications for Registration

for Competition in the

2009 All-Ireland Coastal Rowing Championships

must be received by

Friday 31^st July 2009

There are 4 options available for Registration.

Option 1. First Time Registrations

To be used for all first time registrations.
Registration is valid for Two Years.
Your Association Secretary/Registrar must scrutinise the form along with accompaning documentation before signing the form.
Please include 2 Passport Size Photographs with NAME and CLUB clearly written on the reverse of each.
Please include your Birth Cert, which will be returned to you after scrutiny by your association Secretary/Registrar. This does not need to be sent to the ICRF Registrar. Original Documents Only, Photocopies are NOT Acceptable.
Please include the Appropriate Registration Fee ( €10.00 )
Send the Completed Form, Photos & Fee to the ICRF Registrar.

For Registration Form:

Option 2. Registration Renewals

To be used when your existing Registration Card has expired.
Registration is valid for Two Years.
Please include 2 Passport Size Photographs with NAME and CLUB clearly written on the reverse of each.
Please include your Old ID Card.
Your Club Secretary must countersign your form to the effect that you are still a member of the club.
Your Association Secretary/Registrar does not need to countersign the form in this instance but the ICRF will send advice to your association Secretary confirming your membership of this club.
Please include the Appropriate Registration Fee ( €10.00 )
Send the Completed Form, Photos & Fee to the ICRF Registrar.

For Renewal Form:

Option 3. Club Transfers.

To be used when you are already registered with a club and you wish to transfer membership to a different club. You can only be registered with one club at any one time.
Registration is valid for Two Years.
Please include 2 Passport Size Photographs with NAME and CLUB clearly written on the reverse of each.
Please include your Old ID Card.
Your New Club Secretary must countersign your form to the effect that you have become a member of this club.
Your Association Secretary/Registrar does not need to countersign the form in this instance but the ICRF will send advice to your association Secretary confirming your transfer of membership to this club.
Please include the Appropriate Registration Fee ( €10.00 )
Send the Completed Form, Photos & Fee to the ICRF Registrar.

For Transfer Form:

Option 4. Lost ID Cards

To be used when you need to replace a Lost Registration/ID Card.
Registration is valid for Two Years.
Please include 2 Passport Size Photographs with NAME and CLUB clearly written on the reverse of each.
Your Club Secretary must countersign your form to the effect that you have lost your ID Card and that you are still a member of the club.
Your Association Secretary/Registrar does not need to countersign the form in this instance but the ICRF will send advice to your association Secretary confirming the replacement of your card.
Please include the Appropriate Lost Card Fee ( €10.00 )
Send the Completed Form, Photos & Fee to the ICRF Registrar.

For Lost Card Form:

All Registration Documentation must be sent to the ICRF Registrar so as not to arrive later than Friday 31^st July 2009, to:
